This Privacy Policy explains how bdlogic ("we," "us," "our") handles information when you visit bdlogic.com (this "Site") and use the contact form. This Site is an informational site about our ventures; it does not sell products or process payments here.
Information we collect
- Contact form details you provide: your name, email address, the service you select, and the content of your message.
- Basic technical data collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device information, and request logs kept by our hosting provider to operate and secure the Site.
- Bot-protection data: we use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from automated bots on the contact form. Cloudflare processes limited technical signals for this purpose.
- Fonts: we load typefaces from Google Fonts. When fonts load, your IP address is visible to Google as part of that request.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your personal information.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about the work.
- To operate, maintain, and secure the Site.
- To prevent spam, abuse, and fraudulent submissions.
Where required by law, we rely on your consent (when you submit the form) and our legitimate interests (operating and securing the Site and responding to you) as our bases for processing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site — our hosting and email providers and Cloudflare — and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights. Cloudflare and Google process data under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable follow-up, and then delete them. Technical logs are retained for a limited period by our providers for security and operations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access or delete the information you sent us by emailing privacy@bdlogic.com. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK or California), you may have additional rights over your personal information; contact us and we will honor those rights as applicable law requires.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted through the Site. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has contacted us, email privacy@bdlogic.com and we will delete it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
